Incentives and Support Programs
Manufacturers and Suppliers: Benefits in Exports Carried Out Through Our Company
Manufacturers and manufacturer/supplier companies can benefit, in export transactions carried out through our company, from the same rights and procedures they enjoy in exports conducted in their own name. This includes the closing of commitments, collection methods governed under foreign exchange (FX) regulations, and incentive payments accrued in line with applicable practices.
The Privilege of Trust with REPORT DIŞ TİCARET
Today’s highly competitive market conditions increasingly push companies to expand volumes and improve profit margins. In response, our company provides manufacturers and manufacturer/supplier firms with a secure and stable working environment and aims to deliver the same high-quality service consistently for many years. In this context, we offer our clients the privilege of working with Pergamon Status.
Incentives and Support Process Management
When structured correctly, leveraging incentives is a strategic lever that increases competitiveness and eases cash flow. We manage the process end to end by clarifying which supports and incentive mechanisms our clients can benefit from, based on their line of business, product structure, target markets, and operating model. Our goal is to remove uncertainty from the question “Is there an incentive available?”, build a compliant roadmap, and turn the application, implementation, and monitoring steps into a consistent operational workflow, enabling our clients to use the benefits they are entitled to safely and effectively.
As a first step, we conduct a comprehensive eligibility assessment. We evaluate parameters such as the company’s commercial flow (exports, imports, domestic sales), sourcing model, production capacity, HS/GTIP classifications, target country distribution, invoicing structure, and payment terms. Through this analysis, we determine which opportunities are realistic and sustainable across areas such as export-oriented supports, tax and duty exemptions, customs practices, financing supports, employment incentives, and investment incentives. Together with our clients, we then prioritize items that deliver quick gains in the short term and programs that create structural benefits in the medium to long term.
Once the appropriate incentive set is identified, we standardize documentation and process design. The core requirement for benefiting from incentives in a healthy manner is ensuring that documents, records, and operational flow are fully consistent. Therefore, we ensure that critical documents follow the same logic and align with one another, including invoicing structure, delivery and dispatch documents, customs declarations, origin and movement certificate processes (A.TR/EUR.1), warehouse and bonded warehouse movements, production bills of materials, and inventory records. Where necessary, we establish internal procedures, prepare checklists, and ensure teams produce the right documentation at the right time. This approach helps keep the process robust both during incentive utilization and in potential audits.
For exporting clients, we create value particularly through tax advantages and foreign trade regimes. We support the reduction of VAT burden through correctly structured export-registered sales processes where applicable, and we stand by our clients in documentation, delivery timelines, and reporting steps related to exports. Where appropriate, we establish a framework to optimize tax and customs burdens on the procurement of raw materials and intermediate goods through mechanisms such as the Inward Processing Regime. Likewise, within the scope of customs duty exemptions and reliefs, we emphasize the importance of correct classification and accurate declarations, and we prevent incorrect implementations by identifying risk areas in advance.
The incentive process does not end with the application. The real value lies in managing implementation sustainably. For this reason, we establish follow-up and control mechanisms on behalf of our clients. We regularly verify whether incentive requirements (timelines, performance conditions, documentation order, and declaration obligations) are fulfilled, and we create reminder and timeline plans for critical dates. We prepare the necessary reporting, respond quickly to revisions or additional documentation requests, and prevent disruptions to the process. In addition, to make the benefits gained from incentives clearly visible, we use a simple and understandable reporting format and present total benefit, periodic gains, and potential risks to our clients in concise one-page summaries.
For companies with financing and growth objectives, we consider incentives together with cash flow management. We evaluate options such as export loans, insurance and guarantee mechanisms, government-supported programs, and project-based incentives in line with the company’s risk profile. For clients planning investments, we provide guidance on correct structuring across areas such as investment incentive certificates, regional supports, machinery and equipment advantages, and operating-period supports. On the employment side, we also contribute to cost optimization by ensuring that SGK premium incentives and similar practices are executed in alignment with operational processes.
We integrate incentives into market entry and export development activities as well. We filter the supports offered in areas such as overseas fair participation, trade delegations, market research, digital marketing, e-export, and branding, based on our clients’ objectives. By clarifying which expenditures are eligible under which scope, which approvals are required prior to spending, and what the payment and application steps are, we structure the process correctly from the outset. This turns incentive utilization into a planned investment tool, without exposing clients to the risk of ineligible expenditure at later stages.
The field side of incentive utilization is as important as documentation. In particular, customs-bonded warehousing, storage, and shipment processes can directly affect the incentive structure. For this reason, we design alignment between logistics flow (delivery terms, storage location, partial/consolidated shipments, and transit processes) and incentive requirements. We manage coordination with customs brokers, banks and financial institutions, and relevant advisors through a single point of control, reducing information gaps and ensuring that all stakeholders work toward the same objective. To help internal teams take the right steps during daily operations, we provide brief trainings, sample documentation templates, and practical checklists.
To keep processes sustainable, we conduct periodic incentive health checks. We match documentation flow with actual operations, review sample files, and keep the filing structure ready for potential audit questions. We monitor regulatory changes, summarize updates that may impact our clients, and revise the structure when necessary. We also define basic metrics (application time, approval speed, total benefit achieved, number of high-risk transactions) and make improvement areas visible. This helps transform incentive management from a one-off effort into an institutional capability within the company.
Our approach is built on three pillars: quick gains, regulatory compliance, and auditability. We do not only present an incentive list. We clearly identify which incentive is genuinely applicable under which conditions, which documents are mandatory, which errors create risk, and how the process can be standardized. As a result, benefiting from incentives becomes a manageable system rather than a complex internal topic. Our clients safely use the supports they are entitled to, reduce costs, strengthen competitiveness, and build a stronger foundation for export and investment plans.
In all our work, we prioritize confidentiality, data security, and commercial sensitivity. We align with our clients’ existing ERP/accounting structures and streamline processes without creating unnecessary workload. Our goal is to turn incentives from a complicated paperwork task into a measurable competitive advantage, so your teams can consistently and securely benefit from incentive opportunities without disrupting day-to-day operations.
